The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah organized a course entitled "Public Service and Public Employee Behavior" in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education. The course aims to develop administrative cadres of employees and those practicing administrative work from faculty members in the college and those recently appointed by the Federal Service Council, in addition to all those who wish to develop themselves in this field from employees and lecturers. The course, presented by Assistant Lecturer "Sajjad Sabah Al-Hajjami", included three lectures explaining the job from a legal perspective, its historical origin and how it developed, in addition to clarifying the concept of the employee, stating his rights and duties, and reviewing the laws to which the employee is subject and how to deal with them.
