The College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Chemistry, organized a scientific trip to the laboratories of the General Company for Petrochemical Industries on Sunday, November 25, 2024, accompanied by professors: Asst. Prof. Dr. Raed Awad Obaid, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ashour Makashf, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassanein Abdel Samad Abdel Majeed, Asst. Prof. Noha Ayad Muhammad, Asst. Prof. Noha Walid Ali, Asst. Prof. Nour Hamed Faisal, and Asst. Prof. Roaa Qasim Ibrahim. The scientific trip aimed to enhance students' understanding of the practical aspect of the petrochemical industry by learning about industrial processes and directly observing the production steps and learning how to convert raw materials into petrochemical products. In addition to linking theoretical study to practical application by observing what they learned theoretically in classrooms on industrial reality, which enhances students' understanding and comprehension.
