The study aims investigate the role of biofilm formation in drugs resistance of pathogenic Candida species. Isolation and identification of Candida species from immunocompromised patients and included Determination the ability of some Candida isolates for biofilm formation by phenotypic and genotypic aspects. .Examination antifungal susceptibility assay for biofilm- associated and non-associated Candida isolates to detect the correlation between biofilm and drugs resistance.
