A master's thesis in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, College of Education for Humanities, examined the evaluation of classroom and extracurricular activities in the College of Education for Humanities in light of the opinions of fourth-year students.
The study presented by researcher Zainab Mohammed Jassim Al-Saadi aimed to identify the evaluation of classroom activities in the College of Education for Humanities in light of the opinions of fourth-year students. The study included a sample of 131 male and female students in the College of Education for Humanities. The researcher prepared a scale of classroom and extracurricular activities consisting of 60 paragraphs. The research yielded a set of results, including the evaluation of classroom activities in the research sample in first place, with an average rating, and extracurricular activities were at a weak level. The results showed differences in the level of evaluation of practicing classroom activities in favor of females. The results showed differences in the level of evaluation of practicing extracurricular activities in favor of males. The message recommended the necessity of adopting the students’ evaluation in light of their opinions of the classroom and extracurricular activities in the College of Education for Humanities, and benefiting from the research results in developing activities and including them in the curricula and prescribed materials in a manner consistent with the changes of the era
