The Center for Development and Continuous Education at the University of Basra organized a course on blended learning and virtual reality applications for medical specialization as part of a teaching methods course.
The lecture aims to equip trainees with knowledge about blended learning and the use of its strategies in teaching.
The lecture presented by Dr. Mais Basel Jalil included a definition of the concept of blended learning and the difference between e-learning and distance learning and their systems, as well as understanding the relationship between virtual reality applications and e-learning, along with a discussion of virtual reality applications.
The lecture recommended the necessity of adopting blended learning in modern teaching strategies and employing it in various specializations.
