The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra organized a discussion session on give and take.
The discussion session aimed to identify the balance between give and take, its role in the success and continuity of social relations, and the individual's sense of the importance of the role he plays.
The discussion session presented by Dr. Nidal Issa Abdul Bayan included the importance of give and take as they are the secret to continuity in all successful human relations, whether they are friendships, family or professional relations within an exchange system based on balance, and that it requires each party to understand the needs of the other, take into account his feelings and appreciate his efforts as life is give and take.
The session showed the difference between the concepts of give and take, the characteristics of those who love give and take, and ways to improve their skills in daily life.
