Dr. Murtadha Abbas Faleh, a lecturer at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra, participated in the fifth international scientific conference held at the College of Education in Al-Qurna, under the title "Curriculum Development is a Reason for the Advancement of Humanities". Dr. Murtadha's participation included presenting a scientific research on "The Language of Deviant Interpretation in Reading Religious Texts between Identity and Methodology", in which he discussed how deviant interpretations affect the understanding of religious texts and their impact on intellectual and methodological identity in humanities studies. The conference was widely attended by researchers and academics from various universities and scientific centers, and aimed to enhance ways to develop curricula in the field of humanities to keep pace with modern challenges and contribute to raising the scientific and research level in this field
