The doctoral thesis at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra investigated the effect of the problem-free and personal science styles in reducing psychological entitlement among teachers in schools with international standards.
The thesis presented by the student Aqeel Younis Abu Al-Hail aimed at the effect of the problem-free and personal science styles in reducing psychological entitlement among teachers in schools with international standards. This goal is verified by selecting hypotheses. There are no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the members of the first experimental group (problem-free speaking style) in the pre- and post-tests on the psychological entitlement scale.
The thesis concluded that there were statistically significant differences between the members of the first experimental group (problem-free speaking style) in the pre- and post-tests, and this difference is in favor of the post-test. There are statistically significant differences between the members of the second experimental group (personal science) in the pre- and post-tests, and this difference is in favor of the post-test.
The thesis recommended the necessity for government institutions in the Iraqi Ministry of Education to take a clear approach to understanding psychological entitlement, as it is a matter of utmost importance for institutions to enable them to design effective programs for decision-makers in government schools with international standards, to give more opportunities to achieve success, enhance the spirit of cooperation, and instill a spirit of confidence and challenge in the souls of their teachers
