The college of science at the University of Basrah organized a seminar on predicting the permeability of reservoir rocks using well sensors using machine learning and deep learning : a case study of the fatati reservoir in southern Iraq. The workshop aims to calculate the permeability based on machine learning and deep learning methods and compare the results with the results derived from the rock core and the magnetic resonance sensor and make sure the extent of their correspondence to reality . The seminar, in which the lecturer (Ali Zuhair Abdullah) lectured, included the integration of multiple data, such as well logs, geological characteristics, and core sample measurements, machine learning techniques contribute to improving the reliability of Reservoir Characterization
