The College of Dentistry at the University of Basra received a group of children from the Dar Al-Baram Orphanage in its educational clinics to treat them and provide advice and guidance related to oral and dental health.
The visit included specialized treatments according to their medical conditions, such as cleaning, fluoride protection, dental fillings, and providing advice on dental care.
Professor Dr. Asaad Mohammed Kazim, Dean of the College, stressed the need to pay attention to this segment as they are in dire need of care from government institutions, especially our clinics, indicating that the college provides free treatment services to orphans.
It is worth noting that the educational clinics of the College of Dentistry at the University of Basra are constantly providing health services to all segments of society in Basra Governorate.
