The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah held a scientific lecture as part of the fourth teaching methods course, the first unit for humanities. The lecture, delivered by Dr. Muhammad Najah Al-Jazaery, included a definition of teaching and learning, their forms, and the most prominent obstacles facing them. It also focused on developing learning skills, comparing teaching and learning, and surveying trainees' opinions on the role of e-learning in developing learning.
