The University of Basrah Organizes an Awareness and Guidance Workshop for Postgraduate Students Titled "Using Scientific Tests in Banking and Financial  science Research"

The Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Administration and Economics, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, organized an educational and guidance workshop titled "Using Scientific Tests in Banking and Financial science Research" on Tuesday, 25/3/2025, in the laboratory of the Department of Banking and Financial Sciences.
The workshop, presented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Aqeel Abd Muhammad Abbas, a lecturer in the Department of Banking and Financial Sciences, aimed to define scientific tests as important tools in financial and banking research, as they aid in analyzing data and evaluating hypotheses.
Finally, the workshop recommended the need for accuracy in scientific tests to assist in analyzing financial and banking data, identifying relationships between variables, and evaluating them. Scientific tests help evaluate financial and banking hypotheses, determine whether they are valid or false, and help improve financial and banking decisions by providing accurate and reliable information.
