University of Basrah Organizes Field Visit to Elderly Care home

The Statistics Department at the College of Administration and Economics organized a field visit to the Elderly Care Home in the Al-Jameayat area in Basrah Governorate.

The visit, which was attended by the Head of the Statistics Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Nasser Hussein, and a group of college members and postgraduate  studies students from the department, included an iftar banquet for the elderly residents of the home.

The visit aimed to provide moral support and instill a spirit of hope and joy in the hearts of the elderly.

In conclusion, the director of the home and its staff praised the efforts of the College of Administration and Economics staff and their efforts to bring smiles and joy on the faces of the elderly, calling for more such visits.
