Based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, under the supervision of the Presidency of the University of Basra, and under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Imam Abdul Zahra, the process of collecting data from College of Science graduates will be conducted to enter it into the Federal Civil Service Council system, according to the steps below:
1) Applicants from the College of Science, for undergraduate morning and evening studies, and graduate studies, must submit a written application and complete the appointment application form, along with the required documents, according to the details shown below.
2) Applications for undergraduate studies will be reviewed by the Human Resources Division, and documents will be submitted for verification.
3) Applications for graduate studies within Iraq will be reviewed by the Graduate Studies Division, and documents will be submitted for verification.
4) Undergraduate students included are college graduates from 2003 through the 2023/2024 academic year who are not employed (the top three students in each department, morning and evening studies). Note that some students from previous years have codes that were not employed. Their codes are considered invalid and they must reapply to the new system.
5) Graduate students included are college graduates from 2003 through the present who are not employed.
6) The college will verify the names of applicants to confirm their presence among the top three in undergraduate studies or graduate graduates. The tables will then be published to allow applicants to verify their data. The correct data will then be sent to the Financial Supervision Bureau to ensure they are not employed within the state cadres.
7) The college's application period will be from Sunday, July 27, 2025, through Thursday, July 31, 2025. 8) Required Priorities
