The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah discussed the Master's thesis titled: "Bacterial Profile in Hemato-oncological Patients with Laboratory Assessment of Resistance and Drug Synergy Study," by the researcher Athar Zaid Majid.
The study analyzed clinical samples from oncology patients to identify pathogenic patterns and evaluated the synergy of (Meropenem–Colistin) and (Amikacin–Colistin) combinations against multidrug-resistant bacteria.
