The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah discussed the Master's thesis titled: "Transdermal Delivery of Baclofen via Microneedles," by the student Aya Khalid Jamil, aiming to develop modern pharmaceutical delivery techniques.
The research involved manufacturing Baclofen Gel Microneedles to ensure transdermal drug delivery for extended periods up to 72 hours. This technology enhances patient adherence and minimizes common side effects associated with traditional oral administration.
