The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah organized an awareness seminar titled: "Suicide: Causes and Treatments," in the presence of the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ayman Saleh Neama.

Dr. Sanaa Jawad Al-Mayyah presented a lecture on combating depression and stress, highlighting the importance of social support and presenting early intervention strategies for those in a state of psychological fragility.

This seminar confirms the college's keenness to create a safe academic environment dominated by a culture of open dialogue and concern for mental health, ensuring the graduation of conscious generations capable of facing life's challenges with confidence and stability.
