The College of Science in the Department of Mathematics discussed a seminar entitled (The Homogeneous q-Shift Operators and q-Difference Equations for Polynomials ) for postgraduate student Ahmed F. Jaber. The seminar aims to give the standard notations, definitions regarding q-series, and definitions of some polynomials. The seminar included giving some results of these polynomials, such as the generating function, Miller's formula, Rogers' formula, and some other polynomial identities.
