The seminar, presented by Dr. Maeda Mardan Mohi, Dr. Zahraa Saleh Al-Saeedi, and a team of oncology specialists, included several scientific and awareness-raising topics. The seminar highlighted the causative factors of the disease, whether genetic, hormonal, or related to an unhealthy lifestyle. It also highlighted the importance of early detection through monthly self-examination, clinical examination, and regular mammograms to increase the chances of recovery.
The seminar also emphasized the importance of the psychological aspect of a patient's treatment journey, as it is a pivotal factor in enhancing treatment response, reducing stress and anxiety, and providing a supportive environment for patients from family, friends, and healthcare professionals
