Electronic Appeals Form Launched and Will Remain Open Until Next Monday
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic form for receiving appeals from certain student categories regarding central admissions for the 2025/2026 academic year, including general admissions, distinguished students, and children of martyrs.
The Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up has specified those eligible to submit appeals through the electronic form: students who did not apply through the central admissions process and were not accepted, students with averages of 75% or higher who were accepted into institutes, and students born in 1995 or later with averages of 90% or higher who did not apply through the central admissions process.
The Studies Portal (https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq) will continue to receive appeals until next Monday, November 3, 2025. Students can submit up to ten choices, subject to the minimum requirements for central admissions.
