Dr. Anfas Naama Akash, a faculty member in the Department of Ecology at the College of Science, University of Basra, participated in a workshop on environmental pollution and climate change, which was held at Abdulmajid Al-Majidi School.
The workshop included an explanation of environmental pollution and climate change and their impact on the school environment. It was held for health coordinators and with the participation of staff from the Basra Governorate Education Directorate, with contributions from the Sports and Scouting Activities Department of the Environmental Education and School Health Division.
