Dr. Abdul-Munim Hussein Ali, a faculty member in the Department of Ecology at the College of Science, participated in joint research and the exchange of expertise in the field of micropropagation within the framework of scientific cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture – Department of Agricultural Research/Najaf Research Department.
The participation included a visit to the tissue culture laboratory, observing the tissue culture propagation of date palms and bananas, and monitoring the acclimatization of tissue cultured date palms and bananas in the greenhouse.
