Basrah University: On Electronic Arbitration Legalit

College of Education for Human Sciences, University of Basrah organized an online workshop on the legitimacy of electronic arbitration, the Faculty Member in the College, Dr. Ramez Mahdi said.

Dr. Mahdi added that the online workshop reviewed the concept of electronic arbitration, its objectives, the advantages and disadvantages of electronic arbitration.

Dr. Mahdi continued by saying that the online workshop highlighted the motives for resorting to electronic arbitration as well as reviewing the methods of raising the dispute in electronic arbitration and the findings of electronic arbitration.
