Dr. Nada Mohammed Baqir Al-Yassiri, a faculty member at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra, participated in a scientific workshop held at Sumer University as part of a program to develop and qualify faculty members.
The workshop aimed to enhance academic performance by training new faculty members and developing the skills of current faculty members in the areas of educational quality and professional development.
Dr. Al-Yassiri's participation included an online lecture on "The Concept of Total Quality Management," which addressed the elements of Total Quality Management, its role in developing education, and reviewed international standards and ISO 9000 criteria and their impact on improving institutional performance.
The workshop emphasized the importance of applying Total Quality Management principles in various aspects of educational institutions to promote a culture of quality and ensure the achievement of high-quality academic outcomes
