The aim of this study is to evaluate the immune alterations resulting from modern lifestyle factors—such as sleep disturbances, unhealthy nutrition, obesity, and physical inactivity—and to examine their role in causing immune dysfunction and increasing chronic inflammation (inflammaging).
The study includes analyzing the impact of sleep deprivation, obesity, fast food consumption, and physical inactivity on the immune system, in addition to assessing the level of chronic inflammation resulting from these factors
