The College of Education for Humanities Organizes a Scientific Visit to an Orphanage
The History Department at the College of Education for Humanities, University of Basra, organized a scientific and humanitarian visit to an orphanage, with the participation of several faculty members and students.
The visit aimed to provide material and moral support to orphaned children and contribute to enhancing their social integration and their sense of care and appreciation.
The visit included spending enjoyable time with the children through recreational activities and friendly conversations, which helped meet their basic emotional and social needs, giving them a sense of support and security. Direct interaction with the children, along with the distribution of gifts and toys, created a positive atmosphere, helping to break their daily routine and providing them with moments of joy and reassurance.
