The study aimed to evaluate progesterone hormone level and estrogen level. Also, the study estimated calcium and phosphorus level in blood serum and follicular fluid.
Mr. Assad Falah Khalaf, a master student who handle this study, found that there are significant changes in progesterone and estrogen level in the seasonal breeder period and non-seasonal breeder. While there is no change in the calcium and phosphorus level. Furthermore, the researcher recommended further study about LH, and FSH in the blood serum and follicular fluid and study other elements like sodium chloride, selenium, enzymes, and vitamin. E
