Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basra concluded the activities of the professional programming course that was held under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University, Professor Dr. Zaki Abdullah Ahmed.
The course, which was held for the period from January 11 to February 8, aimed to develop the programming skills of the university's staff and develop their technological work in the university's systems and joints.
The course, which was conducted with eight workshops, was directed by the Director of the Studies and Planning Department, Dr. Haider Fadel Jassim, to introduce participants to the types of programming languages and edit them through specialized applications, as well as explaining the steps for building a software project (LMS) and using it in e-learning.
The training course came out with several recommendations, the most prominent of which was interest and benefit from technological services and modern technologies available to develop the reality of software work and keep pace with modern innovations in the field of e-learning.
