The thesis, submitted by student Hiba Muwaffaq al-Husseini, aimed to investigate the phenomenon of unmarried individuals in the Shatt al-Arab district. This phenomenon is relatively new to the community and is considered a significant human phenomenon with demographic, social, and psychological impacts on both the individual and society. It has begun to gain widespread prevalence in most Arab societies, both urban and rural.
