The Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences at the University of Basrah organized a scientific symposium titled:
"Healthy and Therapeutic Nutrition Towards a Toxin-Free Body."

The symposium explored the role of supplementary nutrition (Dr. Salah Kazem), the effect of micronutrients on stem cell efficiency (Dr. Abdul-Ilah Al-Mayyah), and the importance of probiotics in biological detoxification and gut microbiome balance (Dr. Qutaiba Abdul-Karim).

A specialized pharmaceutical exhibition was held on the sidelines, showcasing advanced treatments. This highlights the college's role in integrating scientific research with practical medical solutions for community health.
