



The Department of Philosophy at the College of Arts, in cooperation with the College of Administration and Economics (Department of Management) and the Continuing Education Unit, organized a scientific seminar entitled “Sustainable Leadership: Toward a Clean Environment and a Better Future.”
The seminar included several key themes presented by a group of faculty members, as follows:
1. Sustainable Management: Toward Building Future-Oriented Institutions

2. Leadership and Management in the Era of Sustainability: From Planning to Implementation
(Assistant Lecturer Hussein Jaafar – College of Administration and Economics)
3. Sustainable Leadership: Its Concept, Characteristics, and Importance
(Assistant Professor Rissal Hussein – College of Arts)
The seminar aimed to clarify the importance of sustainable management and leadership and their impact on the environment and society, as well as to highlight the significance of long-term planning, organization, and oversight. Together, these elements contribute to the success and sustainability of administrative plans within institutions.
