The College of Pharmacy at University of Basrah organized a seminar about the annual performance evaluation of the teaching staff for Dr. Ahmed Najm Aboud The seminar included focusing on the evaluation axes established in the annual performance evaluation form for teachers and how institutions can rise and develop through the performance of teachers according to the axes to be a motive for improving scientific, research and social performance, as the rational goals of evaluating performance are measuring the quality of the teaching’s performance, assessing their skills and comparing them with what is required. The job includes skills or duties that also help the manager or official in making decisions related to transfer, promotion and dispensing.
