A master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah, examined the role of job commitment as a moderating variable in the relationship between conscious leadership and proactive work behaviors.

The thesis, submitted by student Faraq Mohsen Jabbar, aimed to test the impact of conscious leadership on proactive work behaviors and to reveal the moderating role of job commitment in this relationship.

The thesis included testing the relationships between the main variables and their multiple dimensions within the Dhi Qar Education Directorate.

The thesis concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between conscious leadership and proactive work behaviors, as well as a clear moderating role for job commitment in strengthening this relationship.

The thesis recommended the necessity of focusing on developing proactive work behaviors through conscious leadership practices, with an emphasis on improving employee commitment levels.
