The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basrah organized a training lecture entitled “Developing Facilitation Skills,” as part of the fifth unit of the educational specialization within the Sixth Teaching Methods Course.
The lecture aimed to equip trainees with effective planning skills for applying facilitation techniques within the educational process, contributing to their effective use in teaching, workshops, and academic seminars.
The lecture, delivered by Dr. Zainab Faleh Salem, addressed the concept of facilitation and its fundamental skills, emphasizing its role in guiding student groups, enhancing effective communication, and achieving successful learning outcomes within a motivating educational environment
