University of Basrah Organizes a Seminar on Knowledge Management and its Role in Enhancing Institutional Performance and Innovation

The College of Administration and Economics, Department of Management Information Systems, at the University of Basrah, organized a seminar entitled "Knowledge Management and its Role in Enhancing Institutional Performance and Innovation." The seminar, presented by lecturer Iman Abdul-Imam Najm, aimed to introduce the concept of knowledge management and its basic processes, and to explain the mechanisms for its application in organizations in a way that contributes to enhancing institutional performance, supporting innovation, and achieving organizational excellence.

The seminar addressed the necessity of investing in the knowledge available within the organization and employing it effectively in knowledge management processes, in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage and improve the level of institutional performance.
