The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah discussed a Master's thesis titled:
"Study of the Protective Effect of Rutin on the Liver by Inhibiting Organic Damage Induced by Chemotherapy."

The study, presented by student Muhammad Museer Jassim, investigated the toxic effects of Paclitaxel on liver tissue and evaluated the protective role of Rutin as a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent.

This research provides experimental evidence supporting Rutin as a complementary agent to mitigate chemotherapy side effects, advancing the medical utilization of natural antioxidants for supportive care in oncology.
