Master's Thesis at the University of Basra Examines Responsive Production Systems in Business Process Redesign

A master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basra, examined the impact of responsive production systems on business process redesign through the interactive role of production system efficiency. The study was an analytical study conducted at the aluminum plants of the Ur Company in Dhi Qar Governorate.

The thesis, submitted by student Sarah Rahim Ruwaidhi, aimed to test the impact of responsive production systems on business process redesign and to demonstrate the interactive role of production system efficiency.

The thesis included three main variables: responsive production, business process redesign, and production system efficiency. It employed a descriptive-analytical approach using PLS-SEM on a sample of 118 workers.

The thesis concluded that there is a positive relationship between responsive production and business process redesign, with a strengthening role for production system efficiency. The thesis recommended adopting this strategy, enhancing the interactive factors, and expanding the scope of future studies.
