Nada Mohammed Baqir, a faculty member at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra, participated as a trainer in a teaching methods course for faculty members, organized by the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra.
Her participation included delivering a lecture on psychometrics and educational assessment in the learning process. In her lecture, she reviewed the most prominent modern methods for measuring student performance and the mechanisms for constructing tests based on sound scientific principles, thus contributing to achieving effective learning outcomes.
The lecture aimed to enhance faculty members' proficiency in using modern assessment tools, develop their skills in test design and results analysis, and improve the quality of education by adopting objective criteria for evaluating student performance
