The Department of History at the College of Education for Humanities, University of Basra, organized a scholarly seminar on Imam Ali (peace be upon him) as a guiding principle of steadfastness in times of change. The seminar was attended by faculty members and students.
The seminar aimed to highlight the fundamental principles of steadfastness in the thought of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and to demonstrate their role in promoting intellectual and behavioral stability amidst contemporary changes.
The seminar, presented by Dr. Hamid Siraj Jaber, Dr. Zainab Hazem Kashish, Dr. Zahraa Abdul-Razzaq Taher, and Dr. Dhikra Awad Yasser, covered several topics. These included the relationship between the law of attraction and the principle of steadfastness in one's stances, as well as an explanation of the ethical principles in the thought of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and their impact on building a balanced personality, and how these principles can be applied to confront contemporary challenges
