Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basra organized a workshop via video communication sites on the types of electronic tests and how to achieve learning outcomes.
The workshop, which was moderated by Dr. Haider Nouri Hussein, included theoretical and practical lessons in introducing participants to electronic tests and their design mechanism, determining the types of questions such as true and false questions or filling in the blanks, how to apply and correct them, and announcing the results electronically to measure the learner’s cognitive achievement, as well as reviewing the tests on the Edmodo platform and experimenting with tools available out.
The workshop called for employing modern technologies to overcome some of the difficulties that could impede the implementation of tests to increase the student's educational attainment, consolidate information, and develop the skill of self-learning.
