The Arabic Language Department at the College of Education for Humanities, University of Basra, in cooperation with the Qurna Education Directorate, organized a workshop entitled “Scientific Examinations: Awareness and Guidance,” which was attended by students of the department.
The workshop aimed to guide and inform students about the risks and consequences of violating examination regulations, and the resulting negative repercussions on students' academic and ethical standing, as well as its impact on the integrity of the educational process.
The workshop, presented by several faculty members, included a detailed presentation of the approved examination regulations and emphasized the importance of adhering to them to ensure fairness and equal opportunities for all students, and to promote academic awareness and commitment to university values.
The workshop also discussed the negative aspects that hinder the educational process and prevent the achievement of the educational and scientific goals of university education
