The Polymer Research Center at the University of Basra held a workshop on the applications of organic materials in photovoltaic devices, resented by Dr. Dalal Nasr M.The workshop addressed the importance of organic materials in photovoltaic devices. These materials are characterized by their lightweight nature and ease of manufacturing compared to traditional materials.These materials are used in the manufacture of display screens, organic solar cells, and photoelectric sensors.They possess high electrical conductivity and light-reacting flexibility, making them suitable for modern technologies.They also enable the manufacture of flexible and foldable devices, opening up broad horizons in wearable electronics.These applications contribute to reducing costs and increasing the efficiency of electronic devices.This field is considered one of the most important areas of scientific research due to its role in developing future technologies.
