A master's thesis at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Basra discussed the problem of the divergence of directorial methods in building the integrity of the Iraqi theatrical performance.
The thesis presented by the researcher (Ali Hassan Sharif) aims to identify the role of the problematic of contemporary directing methods in establishing variation as an actor in the construction of integrality in the structure of theatrical presentation.
The message included how to achieve integration according to an experimental point of view, by describing integration is not a single and closed concept, but a general idea indicating the way in which the relationship of contradictory elements is carried out within the multiple system of presentation without there being a mix or Fusion in one system.
The thesis concluded that the philosophy of directing deals with the integration of presentation according to integrality is achieved through disassembly, not through unity, and harmony through multiplicity, not through centralization.
