The University of Basrah has promoted Dr. Hassan Abdul-Imam Faisal, a faculty member at the Date Palm Research Center, to the academic rank of Professor in the field of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering, specializing in Date Palm Physiology.
The promotion was granted based on the records of the University Council and the Central Scientific Promotions Committee, following Dr. Hassan Abdul-Imam Faisal’s fulfillment of all approved requirements for academic promotion.
This promotion recognizes the scientific and research efforts of the faculty members at the Date Palm Research Center and their contributions to advancing specialized studies in date palm sciences and supporting the research mission of the University of Basrah.
