The College of Nursing organized a workshop on the scientific scheduling of the structure and contents of the graduation project for nursing students, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Sundus Baqir Dawood, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Basra.
The workshop was organized by the Continuing Education Unit and was presented by Professor Dr. Mahfouz Faleh Hassan and Assistant Professor Dr. Hisham Hussein Abdul Raouf.
The workshop covered a detailed presentation of the graduation project structure, the method of organizing scientific contents, selecting samples, and the appropriate statistical model for each scientific experiment in the field of nursing. It also explained how to design result tables and present them in the project outcomes.
Additionally, the workshop included examples showing how to write project sources and the scientifically approved way to organize research references according to scientific research standards and the latest versions of citation writing applications.
A worksheet outlining the structure of the graduation project was also distributed to the attendees.
