The Dean of the College of Nursing honors a new batch of its graduating and outstanding students.
Under the direct supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Sundus Baqir Dawood, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Basrah, our college honored a new batch of its graduating and top students. The college celebrated the graduation ceremony of the 59th batch, the 'Lions of the Two Rivers' batch, in the presence of faculty members and members of the college and electronic committees for the academic year 2025/2026.
Assistant Professor Dr. Sundus Baqir Dawood delivered a speech in which she emphasized that the college is always proud of its graduates and values their achievements and successes in various aspects of their academic and professional lives. She pointed out that the creativity and excellence achieved by the students are the result of many joint efforts shared by both students and faculty, aiming to build a well-rounded academic personality in spirit, mind, and body. She explained that the university is committed to graduating outstanding and creative batches and is determined to make excellence a permanent motto, whether through the efforts of competent faculty members or focusing on diverse academic plans and programs that keep up with modern times and technologies, just as it has worked to create a conducive environment.
