The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs; Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer, met with the Head of the Examination Committee; Dr. Bahaa Abdul-Hussein Ahmed, and the manager of the Student Affairs Unit; the Assistant Prof. Dr. Jassim Mohammed Salman, with the presence of the Information Technology Unit and the Engineering Workshop unit. All obstacles and problems that could be faced during the mid-year examinations for undergraduate studies were discussed to take all the necessary measures and procedures including the maintenance of Internet lines, preparation of exam classes, announcing the examination instructions and how to answer the questions, as well as conducting a test examination before the mid-year exam.
