The Director of Avicenna E-Learning Center at the University of Basra, Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, accompanied by the director of government contracts, the jurist Ahmed Ali Shati and the programmer Hussein Alaa Hattab, visited the Al-Kafeel Center for Information Technology in Karbala to conclude an agreement to provide the university with a cloud server to host the e-learning platform.
The visit aims to enhance technical and scientific cooperation by organizing specialized training courses and development programs between the two parties in the technical and information fields, database infrastructure, developing e-learning software, and activating the digital transformation of the University of Basra.
The visit included a presentation on the Al-Sarraj e-learning platform presented by the software staff of the Al-Kafeel Center for Information Technology, indicating that it is a comprehensive platform that contains the Student Information System (SIS) in addition to the Learning Management System (LMS).
At the end of the visit, the Director of Avicenna E-Learning Center, Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, the Director of Al-Kafeel Center, thanked Mr. Samer Al-Safi for the warm hospitality and generous reception.
