The lecturers at Pharmacy College, Dr. Hoda Saleh, Dr. Usama Hamed, and Dr. Hussam Hamza published a paper entitled (Synthesis and antiinflammatory activity study of Schiff bases complexes) in the Indian Journal of Biochemical and Cellular Archives with an effect factor of 0.299 and within Scopus containers. The research included a study of the Schiff bases, which are considered to be among the compounds with good biological efficacy, whether as anti-bacterial, anti-cancer or anti-inflammatory, as Schiff bases were prepared from amino acid and found the broad effects of these compounds, especially in their anti-inflammatory effectiveness, where the effectiveness of these compounds ( Schiff bases) was measured and the good anti-inflammatory activity was observed, which increased significantly when forming derivatives of the bases, which are complexes of these bases with copper metal. Minerals have an important role in biochemical and biotechnological processes, hence the high ability to resist infections. The aim of the research is to develop medicines, increase their anti-inflammatory effectiveness, and reduce their side effects.
