The universities of Baghdad, Kufa, Al-Mustansiriya, Babylon and Basra recorded attendance, participation and competition in the QS World Ranking, which announced its results for the year 2021 to evaluate five thousand five hundred international universities spread over eighty countries. The head of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, Dr. Salah Al-Fatlawi, said that the results of the year 2021 of the QS World Classification announced on the official website of the classification (https://www.topuniversities.com/university-rankings/world-university-rankings/2021) showed five Iraqi universities Governmental organizations are the University of Baghdad (801-1000), the University of Kufa (801-1000), Al-Mustansiriya University (1001+), the University of Babylon (1001+), and the University of Basra (1001+), pointing out that there is a noticeable increase in the number of universities included in the classification compared to the results of the year. In the past I mentioned only three universities. It is worth noting that the British Qs classification is based on five main criteria in the evaluation: academic reputation 40%, employers 10%, student-teacher ratio 20%, quotations 20%, and international students and teachers 10%.
